Availability
Delivering the ultimate in peace of mind, Telindus provides your network as a service and guarantees availability: of an application; of connectivity; or on another service basis. The service level is defined and agreed based on business and commercial needs, and Telindus designs, manages and supports your network to meet it.

Restore
This is the highest level of service possible without transferring accountability for the network. Telindus guarantees to restore normal service after failure of the supported network within the service level agreed, to minimise any adverse impact on your business.

Response
Provides a guaranteed arrival time to site, and resolution of the Incident on a ‘best endeavours’ basis. Response can provide especially good value as a parts-only service.

Each of these service levels are built using service components into recommended configurations, selected by Telindus to deliver well balanced service offerings designed to add value to your business. The ability for you to add or remove components enables us to provide a service that is bespoke to your needs, without the cost or complexity a bespoke service normally requires.
