Telindus' Certification include ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 27001 and Investors In People.

Investors In People Certification
Investors In People (IIP) is seen as a very important statement for us in the UK. It gives us formal recognition of how good we are as an organisation today, demonstrating that we believe in and have a clear strategy of learning and the development of our people. During the journey to accreditation (to use the jargon), it was very apparent that IIP was a natural fit for the organisation, adding value with its balanced approach to the strategies of business, leadership, management and learning and development. During this process we ran a series of workshops, which increased cohesion and motivation across teams by bringing together varied departments to share ideas, questions and thoughts and actions for the business. The external assessment process reviewed our business as well as our people, and gave us an extremely valuable base for action planning. This in turn gives us a framework for continuous improvement, as it is not just a local issue, but a wider business issue, encouraging building on learning and development of our people so as to achieve greater business results using the structure of the standard.
Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001 Certification
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) specifies an elaborate set of requirements for a quality management system making an organisation demonstrate its ability to provide products that fulfil customer and applicable regulatory demands and aim at enhancing customer satisfaction. Telindus acknowledges that in order to succesfully operate an organisation of its type and size, the need for systematic and transparent control has become a reality. The implementation and maintenance of the ISO management system that is designed to continually improve performance whilst addressing the needs of all parties, has proven to be very effective. The achievement of quality goals has a positive impact on product quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance and thus on the satisfaction and confidence of interested parties.
Without a doubt, managing an international business requires quality management and other management principles that support and result in improved performance. Eight principles have been identified, i.e. customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships. This charter of quality management principles is the basis for the quality management system standards within the European ISO 9000 framework and is considered to be strategic to Telindus' success and continuity for the future.
With information security threats becoming increasingly commonplace and a number of information protection issues making the headlines, gaining ISO 27001 certification was essential for protecting our own information and maintaining our customers’ confidence. Nowadays, data is exposed to numerous dangers, ranging from external attacks through the Internet to internal loss or theft. The information we possess is invaluable to our business and achieving this accreditation assures us that we our managing both our own data and our clients’ data in the best possible way.
ISO 27001 is part of the internationally recognised ISO/IEC 27000 series, an information security management system (ISMS) standard published by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) in October 2005. ISO 27001 certification verifies that a company is managing both its own information and its customers’ information in accordance with best practice. The standard specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented ISMS within the context of the company’s unique business risks and requirements. Once a company has identified all information assets, both its own and that of its customers, a risk assessment is carried out and the necessary security controls can be put in place.
Environmental Management - ISO14000 Certification
Climate change is increasingly recognised not only as one of the major challenges of the 21st Century, but also as a strategic matter for ICT companies. Throughout our business, whether in the solutions we offer or our internal processes, Telindus has recognised the importance of environmental awareness and corporate social responsibility.
